Christopher Gore has been in the evolving world of Finance for over a decade. Chris graduated from Syracuse University in 2001 with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics. After graduation, Chris started his professional career at Merrill Lynch in their Equity Analyst Program. After working his way up from Analyst to Vice President, in 2007, Chris decided to leave Merrill Lynch to attend the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan to attain his MBA. After graduating from Ross in 2009, Chris went on to work as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. At the Fed, Chris worked in the Asset Management/Wealth Management Business Strategy Unit. This role gave Chris great exposure to the other side of Investment Management. After 3 years at the Fed, Chris decided to take some personal time off. During this time off, Chris learned how to design apps and is now working as a Freelance UX Designer/Financial Markets consultant. Chris has joined the Money Hub family to push the mission of expanding financial literacy to young people of color. It is his passion to pass the wisdom he has gained over the past decade to those coming after him.
